- Safely and efficiently service the underside of vehicles during Full-Service Oil Changes.
- Conduct thorough inspections, document unusual conditions, and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Drain oil, replace oil filters, inspect drain plugs and gaskets, and perform pressure checks.
- Fill gear boxes, check belts, hoses, and hood components, and lubricate the chassis when applicable.
- Install tamper seals, ensure all work areas are clean and organized, and contribute to overall center maintenance.
- Customer Service Skills – Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Attention to Detail – Ensure every step of the process is performed with precision.
- Basic Literacy & Communication Skills – Essential skills to help you succeed.
- Experience as a Lube Technician – Minimum of 3 months’ experience or supervised training required.
- Licensed to Operate Motor Vehicles – Safely handle vehicles in and out of the bay.
- Active role with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
- Use of automotive oils, fluids, and lubricants.
- Exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and vehicle exhaust.
