We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.
We are offering competitive pay and benefits above Industry Standards! This is an on-site position in Everett, WA - relocation is not currently available.
The Service Advisor is responsible for beginning automotive services and repairs by understanding vehicle performance issues and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities- Determine customers primary concerns by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test and reviewing additional maintenance needs as needed
- Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service that are fair, competitive, transparent price quotes with the customer while keeping the dealership's best interest in mind
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Work with customers on inspection results and recommend service procedures
- 2+ years of experience in a service environment
- Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting company standards
- Outstanding communications skills
- Professional appearance and work ethics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Bilingual strongly preferred
