Overview
Honda Vehicle Technician
Are you a new or experienced automotive technician looking for long term career?
Responsibilities- Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment
- Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
- Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined
- Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, tune-ups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires
- Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings
- Disassemble and reassemble parts
- Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective
- Certifications will factor in to pay (flat rate)
- Great attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Working well with others in a group setting
Job Type: Full-time
Experience- Automotive Repair: 3 years (Preferred)
- Automotive technician/mechanic: 3 years (Preferred)
- Valid driver9s license and a good driving record
