We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
, along with strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
- Develop and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
- Manage product timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors.
- Advocate for customers by ensuring products address pain points and deliver value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development processes.
- Experience with roadmap planning, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
