We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
, along with strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
  • Develop and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
  • Manage product timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors.
  • Advocate for customers by ensuring products address pain points and deliver value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development processes.
  • Experience with roadmap planning, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
