Procurement Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement / Purchasing Associate to support program buyers and manage purchasing activities across multiple commodities. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced supply chain environment.

• Execute procurement and purchasing activities including POs, RFPs, and cost analysis
• Support supplier negotiations, including delivery and expedite discussions
• Track order status and resolve shortages or late deliveries
• Prepare price proposals, reports, and purchasing documentation
• Work independently while supporting multiple programs and projects
• Manage purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure best‑value terms for the organization
• Monitor supplier and contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to order status, changes, or cancellations

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Procurement in Supply Chain
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Procurement in Supply Chain with a bachelor's degree
• Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Sorting and Filtering
• Proven ability to work independently with strong judgment, motivation, and work ethic
• Experience supporting multiple programs and managing part‑level purchasing activities
• Background working in manufacturing or CI (Continuous Improvement) business environments is strongly preferred
