1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

As the Account Manager, you will be the critical link between GXO and its customers and carriers. We’ll count on your positive attitude and professionalism to foster a strong and successful client relationship.

The annual salary range for this role is $67,337 - $84,172. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington. This rate may be modified in the future.

• Handle relationships with domestic and international customers.
• Receive and track customer issues and complaints; resolve issues and communicate results and findings where appropriate.
• Research and answer questions; resolve issues that come from any of the internal or external cross-functional teams.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to both executive leadership and customers when encountering roadblocks.
• Audit QMS documents.
• Participate in managing quality systems and continuously improving processes within the facility.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• U.S. citizen status to meet government and federal law program requirements.
