Position Title and Location
Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 2 or
3) – Global Supply Chain, Everett, WA and other Puget Sound locations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that program, customer and product strategies are integrated into negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Mitigate risks and issues; initiate supplier improvement activities and provide results for integration into contracting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- 1+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Experience in a role that required strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience developing proposals or contracts.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
- Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts.
- 3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles.
Some domestic and/or international travel will be required.
ShiftPrimarily 1st shift, with flexibility for alternative shifts.
Salary RangeLevel 2: $80,170 – $101,200.
Level 3: $94,350 – $127,650.
This position requires a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) per federal regulations.
RelocationRelocation assistance may be offered based on candidate eligibility.
