Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking experienced Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3 or
4) to join the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) team located in Everett, WA.

• Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Develops procurement and supply chain solutions and contracting strategies for the Detailed Parts or Electrical Team in the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) organization.
• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Proficient in presenting to leadership
• Proficient with work transfers/cross loads

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $96,000 – 112,000

Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $123,000 – 144,000
