Position OverviewNorthwest Aerospace Technologies (NAT), une filiale de Safran, est le seul groupe certifié EASA DOA pour la reconfiguration d'interieurs d'aéronefs aux États-Unis. Le Sales Manager est responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de vente afin de maintenir et développer la clientèle identifiée. Il gère les relations quotidiennes avec les clients, soutient l'entreprise, augmente le taux de commandes, promeut les services, négocie de nouveaux accords, révise les accords existants, et supervise les opérations de vente (sou missions, rapports, tarification).
Responsibilities- Support Sales P&L for the selected account(s) to ensure annual business targets are met.
- Identify and cultivate new customers to generate new business opportunities, increase order intake, and improve top‑line performance.
- Act as the primary customer contact person for the selected accounts.
- Implement sales strategies and provide feedback on their implementation to management for potential adjustment.
- Identify and lead short, medium, and long‑term sales opportunities for the identified division/site.
- Support in the generation of technical and commercial proposals and the development of the business case for each sales campaign.
- Manage and follow up programs from response to request for quotation until final delivery of integration kits.
- Generate sales reports for internal and external communications.
- Actively participate in product development meetings and brainstorming activities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Interface, survey, benchmark and develop plans to increase current business and develop new business opportunities with established customers.
- Lead and participate in forecasting and budgeting exercises; provide detailed sales forecasts for monthly production outlook and annual sales plan.
- Ensure efficient and effective response to customer inquiries by working closely with other departments (engineering, production, planning, contracts) to develop a cohesive, cross‑functional team to support customer needs.
- Organize and conduct presentations of company products, services, and capabilities to current and prospective customers, organizations, and trade shows as required.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to determine customer contractual obligations regarding initial provisioning and aftermarket issues.
- Monitor compliance with customer requirements and remain proactive in dealing with customer inquiries on both technical and commercial matters.
- Candidate must have an engineering degree or equivalent technical degree.
- Alternatively, a B.S./B.A. degree in a related field and a minimum of three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience.
- Experience in the interiors market, including specific customer familiarity and personal contacts.
- Familiarity with financial models and a basic understanding of accounting.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop and maintain personal relationships with customers and employees.
