Contracts Procurement Agent – Contracts (Level
3)
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent – Contracts to join the Wire Bundle Contracts team in the Standards Supply Chain organization in Everett, WA. In this role you will be responsible for providing oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance; lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, and prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
You will interpret and enforce contract terms, consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues, lead supplier performance teams, and participate in supply‑chain process improvement teams.
- Integrate program, customer, product and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
- 3‑5 years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
- 3‑5 years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery.
- 3‑5 years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives.
- Domestic and international travel as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
- 3‑5 years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
- 3‑5 years of experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 3‑5 years of experience working cross‑functionally with other departments, organizations or skills.
- 3‑5 years of proven customer service abilities.
- 3‑5 years of experience in communicating to a broad audience.

SalaryLevel3 – $92,000 – $124,000 (summary pay range).
