Position
Shipside Operations Specialist (Level
4) with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) to support the 777 Line Side Control Center (LSCC) team onsite in Everett, Washington.
- Provide expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues.
- Use advanced technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.
- Utilize tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolution of production issues.
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyze and interpret data and provide root‑cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high‑impact and systemic issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate multi‑function group meetings required to resolve issues.
- Provide coaching and instruction to other teammates and work under minimal direction.
- 10+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- 10+ years of experience working in a multi‑functional team environment.
- 10+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- 14+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research.
- 14+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- 14+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range level4: $112,500–$137,500.
