Procurement Agent - Everett, WA

Position Overview

Procurement Agent (Level 2 or
3) in the North America Secondary Structure team located in Everett, Washington. The role supports external and internal organizations by managing suppliers worldwide, providing contraction and procurement support in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare and complete negotiation strategies leading to contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and conditions.
• Integrate program, customer, product, and in‑service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Provide oversight and contract management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
• Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
• Proactively communicate with leadership team, peers, and customers, including preparation and presentation of business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status.

• 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW).
• 1+ year of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data‑analysis tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

• Level 3: 5+ years of experience working with SSOW.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data‑analysis tools.
• 2+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations.
• 1+ year of experience drafting contracts or legal documents.
• 1+ year of experience working and leading projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High School / GED.

Everett, Washington. 100% onsite.

• Level 3: $94,350 – $127,650
