Job Description
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst, level 2 or 3 to join our Aluminum, Titanium, Steel and Aggregation team in Everett, WA.
The selected candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and contributing to the Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include data analysis, forecasting, supply and demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities- Measures key performance indicators.
- Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Prepares reports.
- Reviews procurement/planning systems.
- Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
- Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
- Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
- Communicates project objectives and activities.
- 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
- 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives.
- 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership.
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
- 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools.
Successful candidates must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest assessment process.

Summary Pay RangeLevel 2 – $81,180 – $101,000
Level 3 – $94,000 – $128,000
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.
