Procurement Analyst

Job Description

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst, level 2 or 3 to join our Aluminum, Titanium, Steel and Aggregation team in Everett, WA.

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and contributing to the Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include data analysis, forecasting, supply and demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

• Measures key performance indicators.
• Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Prepares reports.
• Reviews procurement/planning systems.
• Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
• Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
• Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
• Communicates project objectives and activities.

• 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives.
• 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership.
• 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
• 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools.

Successful candidates must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest assessment process.

Level 2 – $81,180 – $101,000
Level 3 – $94,000 – $128,000
