Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) is hiring an Experience Business Analyst (Level
3) to support the Workforce Management Integration Team supporting BCA Skill Teams
. The position will be based in Everett Washington
.
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data, supporting utilization and definition of data standards in support of BCA hiring and staffing
- Comfortable using Excel, Tableau and other data sources to gather and align data in meaningful ways
- Work as part of a team of responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the staffing demands across BCA
- Provides feedback on assessment results
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
- 1+ years of experience with Project Management
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Data Analytics Tools
- Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
This role is primarily 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
Must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Total RewardsSummary pay range: $102,600 - $125,400
