Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Specialist (Level 2/3) for the Manufacturing & Safety Business Operations team location in Everett, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and support project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met with excellence.

* Foster partnership and alignment across manufacturing, safety, and business units to streamline operations and maximize value.

* Provide program management support by tracking progress, coordinating resources, and driving successful program outcomes.

* Identify operational inefficiencies and champion process improvements

* Analyze complex data and translate it into insightful reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions.

* Maintain rigorous data management to monitor program status, commitments, and compliance, and proactively resolve issues.

Who We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):

* Experienced with 2 to 5 years in project or program management, demonstrating the ability to lead or support cross-functional efforts.

* Adept at creating operational rhythms, with 2 to 5 years experience managing integrated schedules, and developing actionable business metrics.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

* Proficient in project management software (MSProject, Smartsheet)

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, driven to solve problems and enhance operational excellence.

* Collaborative communicator, comfortable working across teams and with leadership to influence and align priorities.

* 2-5 years experience engaging with senior leaders and contributing to organizational strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied experience in a relevant discipline.

* Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is advantageous.

* Aerospace experience
