Answer all incoming calls to the hospital's main telephone number, physician's answering service, and in-house operator calls;
Provide in-person visitor information, reception, and paging;
Coordinate all emergency communications including Trauma Codes, Codes 4, NICU, Codes Red, Codes Blue, Codes Yellows, Codes 900, and Helicopter Landing;
Monitor hospital alarm panels;
Handle fire and disaster drills and operate hospital two-way radios
