Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our Avion
X Procurement team in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA. This team handles all necessary contracting, procurement, and delivery supporting the Boeing Avion
X Program.
Duties include coordinating new contract negotiations and setup, requests for quotes, PO placement, supplier performance management, and ensuring delivery tracking. The candidate will work closely with the Boeing Supply Base and various internal Boeing stakeholders and communicate effectively with them.
Position Responsibilities- Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
- Support the sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements
- Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
- Associate Level; can perform the above tasks with little or general supervision
- 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- 1+ years of experience establishing, improving and reinforcing functional discipline for first time quality performance, on-time delivery, and productivity improvements
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or warehouse inventory management
- 1+ years of experience in a role that required strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SAP & NWP
- Experience as a Procurement Agent is desired

Summary pay range: $74,800.00 - $
