Intern to Intern Conversion – Business Functions (All) (Summer 2027 Intern Program)

These positions are part of the Summer 2027 Business Functions Intern Program for Intern to Intern conversions. Applicants must have interned with Boeing in Summer 2026.

Students will work directly with a mentor in their field of study to find solutions to real world problems, visit manufacturing and research facilities, interact with company leaders, and build professional networks.

• Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems
• Experience our products up close by touring state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and research facilities
• Interact directly with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of Boeing
• Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program or higher from an accredited institution with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027
• Ability to work full time for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027
• Previously interned with Boeing

• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
• High collaboration skillset and strong communication across multi‑functions
• Passion for the aerospace industry

• Shift: 1st shift (United States)
• Hybrid, virtual or 100% onsite as determined by location
• Export Control compliance: US Person required
• No visa sponsorship
• Drug‑free workplace; post‑offer testing for controlled substances
• Safety‑sensitive positions may require random testing; some require NASA facility access
• Union representation varies by location

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off. Pay range: $38,000–$64,000.
