Procurement Agent Manager‑Contracts

The Boeing Company – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). We are seeking a Procurement Agent Manager‑Contracts to join our In‑Service Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington.
In‑Service contracts is a unique team that negotiates with suppliers and interfaces directly with airline customers, supporting contract enforcement of the tri‑party Product Support and Assurance Agreements (PSAAs).
Position Responsibilities- Negotiate Product Support and Assurance Agreements (PSAAs) and M6 Manufacturer’s Warranty Agreements, spares pricing, and complex terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute binding contractual documents.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with BCA & BGS Supply Chain Contracts, BCA Warranty, In‑Service Operations and Fleet Program Managers, Fleet Chief Office, Functional Excellence, and other functions to define and execute standardized processes.
- Integrate operational and technical requirements with supply chain strategy and customer priorities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives related to contracting strategies, team integration, and customer support.
- Interpret and facilitate contract dispute resolution pertaining to supplier PSAA obligations.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to address customer impacts of an evolving global supply chain environment.
- Conduct formal training to airlines on their contractual rights with Boeing’s suppliers.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team responsible for negotiating and enforcing complex supplier agreements to ensure our production suppliers provide adequate aftermarket support to airline customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with suppliers, operators, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
- Ensure that our supply chain is positioned to support aftermarket demands.
- Support strategy definition and execution for our organization.
- Collaborate respectfully with great communication and experience working across multi‑disciplined teams.
- Maintain effectiveness and adjust when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Program Management.
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive level briefings.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high‑stakes discussions.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Pay range (LevelK) $122,400–$150,500. The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
