Procurement Associate

Full‑time, Contract to possible hire – 6 months

Location:

Everett, WA 98204

Responsibilities
  • Carry out procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
  • Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest.
  • Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices to ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, under general guidance.
  • Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data to provide input on reasonable prices.
  • Prepare requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages for new accounts.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Purchasing & Procurement without a bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience managing parts purchasing projects.
  • Some program management background.
  • Experience using ERP or SAP systems.
  • Aerospace background.

Position is open only to applicants who can be engaged on a W‑2 basis.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $40.00/hr to $55.00/hr (based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.)
