Location: Everett, WA
Shift: First Shift

• Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
• Analyze complex material requirements.
• Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
• Initiate, coordinate, and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
• Report schedule adherence issues and developments.
• Control and optimize inventory plans and levels.
• Analyze and disposition excess inventories.
• Initiate audits.
• Develop and create schedules for products and services.
• Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
• Implement and maintain process improvements by establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.

• 7+ years of experience supporting operations, materials management, and/or supply chain functions in a production environment.
• 7+ years of experience working with any industry ERP system (e.g., SAP).
• 7+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies.
• Domestic and international travel as needed.

• Proficient with all Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Experience with warehousing vendor management operations.
• Comfortable managing projects.
• Familiar with aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Experience performing data analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

  Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
• Security Clearance:
  Not required.
• Salary Range: $113,900 - $154,100.
