Operations Manager, Supply Chain / Intl. Trade

1st, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, potential for overtime, as needed.

- Lead or perform plant or department projects affecting the entire facility.
- Direct and monitor workflow; fill in as needed for other department personnel or as workload indicates.
- Operate various department equipment, maintain records, and instruct department personnel as needed.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of warehouse activities, including shipping/receiving/warehouse inventory management and health and safety.
- Manage warehouse personnel, provide work direction, train workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit progress and other reports, and coordinate activities with other supply‑chain work units or departments.
- Communicate with and schedule work with Deluxe vendors; respond to customer service emails.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience, or HS/GED and 7 years of experience, with 1 year of management.
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong knowledge of processes and equipment, lean principles and quality improvement initiatives.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics.
- 2 years in manufacturing/supply chain and employee coaching.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Hourly: $29.00 - $30.00. Eligible for commission or annual performance incentive plan. Base pay varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience, while considering internal equity.
