Location:
Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA. 100% onsite; flexible telecommuting/hybrid schedule as per company policy subject to change.
- Manage program execution in the Earned Value Management System (EVMS); oversee scope, schedule, budget, and EACs within Control Accounts.
- Apply Program Management Best Practices; support Program Startup activities, develop a performance measurement baseline, and align Control Accounts with the Statement of Work.
- Monitor cost, track EVM performance, and provide monthly updates; maintain audit‑ready files for government and internal audit meetings.
- Identify and address cost and schedule impacts, risk and opportunity board, and implement approved mitigation plans.
- Coordinate key IPT‑level integration interfaces between program activities, suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Analyze Control Account actuals for accuracy, create credible Estimates at Completion, and report variances with corrective action plans.
- Attend weekly Earned Value Meetings and month‑end reviews with Program Management.
- Maintain CAMVis inputs, develop and preserve Quantifiable Backup Data (QBD) files, and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Earn Control Account Manager certification and complete all required training.
- 3+ years experience leading projects using Project Management Best Practices and tools.
- 3+ years experience with Earned Value Management principles for the Control Account Manager role.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience developing and managing metrics and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
- Proven ability to bring stakeholders together to reach consensus on priorities and actions.
- Preferred:
Experience supporting an engineering function. - Preferred: 5+ years experience using EVMS.
- Preferred:
Experience managing multiple high‑volume complex concurrent projects. - Preferred:
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Export Control:
Must meet U.S. export control compliance; candidate must be a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Level 3: $101,150 – $136,850
Level 4: $126,650 – $171,350
