About the Role
Procurement Analyst (Process & Supply Base Mgmt) at The Boeing Company – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Located in Everett, Washington; travel to Seattle may be required.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with suppliers and manage distribution of engineering product data via the Boeing Supplier Electronic Data System (SEDS) for visibility and accountability.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to track status, provide updates, and resolve data requirement issues, escalating unresolved matters to managers and stakeholders.
- Review and monitor supplier data requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness before publishing documents on the website, within the suppliers' indicated Estimated Completion Dates (ECD).
- Process data distribution requirements for engineering product definition data (drawings, documents, parts lists, specifications) and maintain Keep Up to Date (KUTD) requirements for suppliers and partners.
- Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across Supply Chain.
- Develop tools to improve team productivity; extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows, reporting supplier performance status in regular team meetings.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier or supply chain management, including management of suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Must be able to travel domestically as needed.
- Level 4: 7+ years of experience in supplier or supply chain management;
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree. - Experience working with Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) and managing supplier accountability and quality commitments for on‑time delivery.
Level 3: $94,
Level 4: $118,
