PositionBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent, level 3 or 4 to join the Japan Contracts Team located in Everett, WA.
The Primary Structures Japan Contracts team performs continuous review and analysis of commercial activities, including preparing and executing proprietary information agreements, supporting sourcing strategies and work transfers with internal teams, and progressing negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate proactively communicates performance expectations to suppliers, evaluates and monitors supplier performance.
Responsibilities- Manage, evaluate, and drive overall supplier performance to meet established expectations by developing strong professional relationships across the supply base, customers, and among enterprise stakeholders.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to suppliers; enforce compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
- Lead root‑cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers; oversee contested warranty claims and related resolution activities; oversee assertions.
- Communicate timely, actionable performance‑to‑plan updates to leadership, cross‑functional stakeholders, and customers using clear, concise verbal and written communication.
- 5+ years experience in supply chain processes.
- 5+ years of experience in negotiations, proposals, or contract evaluations.
- 5+ years of multitasking.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years experience creating and developing strategy plans.
- 6+ years experience giving executive presentations.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay RangeLevel 3 - $100,000 - $116,000
Level 4 - $125,000 - $146,000
