Executive Staff Analyst

The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking an Executive Staff Analyst to join the KC-46 Safety, Certification, & Performance (SC&P) and Remote Vision System (RVS) team in Everett, WA. The role provides high‑level analytical, administrative, and executive support to ensure effective program execution, leadership visibility, and cross‑functional coordination.

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee‑related activities and initiatives.
• Partner with organization leaders on long‑range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
• Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations.
• Provide continuous assessment of meeting and review architecture.
• Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs).
• Develop executive‑level briefings.
• Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and budget; monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status.
• Develop and deploy training content.

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing executive‑level presentations.
• Experience creating, improving, and analyzing metrics and data.
• Experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills.
• Extremely organized with strong time‑management skills.

• Position is 100% onsite at the listed location.

• Salary range: $104,550 – $141,450.
• Requires a U.S. Person status for export control compliance.
