Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking an Executive Staff Analyst to join the KC-46 Safety, Certification, & Performance (SC&P) and Remote Vision System (RVS) team in Everett, WA.
The selected candidate will provide high‑level analytical, administrative, and executive support to ensure effective program execution and cross‑functional coordination. This role serves as a key advisor and coordination point for program leadership, helping to manage priorities, prepare executive materials, track action items, and support decision‑making across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and customer‑facing teams.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Position Responsibilities- Leads the development, planning, and execution of employee‑related activities and initiatives.
- Partners with organization leaders on long‑range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
- Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
- Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
- Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction.
- Develops executive level briefings.
- Leads the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
- Leads the development and deployment of training content.
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing executive level presentations.
- Experience creating, improving, and analyzing metrics and data.
- Experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills.
- Extremely organized with strong time‑management skills.
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay & BenefitsSummary pay range: $104,550 - $141,450.
