The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Estimating and Pricing Specialist to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Everett, WA.
This exciting opportunity involves joining the BCA Program Estimating team to oversee the development of high-value estimates, encompassing highly complex or unique technical requirements, throughout the design, build, support, and growth stages of the program. The role also entails overseeing business case development, analyzing Return on Investment (ROI), performing risk and opportunity analysis, developing check fixtures, analytics and helping inform strategic program decisions.
The ideal candidate is a curious, self-motivated professional with experience in estimating or finance who proactively manages multiple priorities, delivers high-quality results, and acts as a trusted business partner. They ask thoughtful questions and respectfully challenge assumptions to improve outcomes. This standout individual communicates clearly and confidently, presenting concise recommendations to business leaders, and excels at cross‑functional coordination. They learn quickly, adapt to new systems, tools, and estimating techniques, and rapidly build program knowledge in dynamic environments.
