Position: PORT OPERATIONS INSTALLATION PROGRAM DIECTOR with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will participate in briefings and meetings to influence decision making.
* You will collect, maintain, analyze, and provide data for planning and reporting purposes.
* You will assign work based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of the employee.
* You will implement strategic and organizational performance assessment methodologies to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of work operations.
* You will create written documents (e.g., specifications, drawings, requirements, analysis, design reviews) to outline program recommendations for modifications or alterations. Requirements Conditions of employment

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Coordinate with Installation Commander and Port Operations Regional Program Director;
2) Manage, direct and coordinate all docking/undocking work, all berthing support, all waterborne support vessel activities and formulation of Port Operations priorities for production work; and
3) Directly responsible for the safe and effective moorage of all vessels, the Naval Station Everett Port Operations budget and facility planning. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site:
