City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a friendly and detail-focused 2nd Shift Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction across a variety of facilities, from office environments to industrial locations.
As a 2nd Shift Compliance Manager (ACM), your main goal will be to build strong relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) while executing essential functions that drive our business forward. You will work closely with the Facility Solutions Manager, managing client inspections and responding to customer inquiries. Your insights will contribute to improving service quality.
Your responsibilities include assessing scopes of work to ensure outstanding service, upholding operational policies, and maintaining compliance with client standards. Your problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills will position you as the go-to expert for client needs.

Night shift details: start time 5:00 PM and ending between 2:00–3:00 AM. Routed out by FSM at 5:00 PM, but client site visits may begin between 7:00–10:00 PM.
Responsibilities- A high school diploma is required, and experience in the commercial janitorial services industry is a plus.
- You bring three years of management experience, with skills in coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations.
