Project Administrator – Business Operations Description
Our client in real estate and property management is seeking a Project Administrator to join their down-to-earth team in Everett, WA. This is a team that works hard, gets the job done, and has a lot of fun along the way. They joke around, genuinely enjoy working together, and are the kind of group that actually likes spending time together outside of work.
If you’re looking for a place where you can do good work without taking yourself too seriously, you’ll fit right in.
As the company continues to grow, they’ve separated this role to create a position more centered around data, financial trends, and strategy.
You’ll take ownership of a business function that operates across multiple local sites, with most of your time spent in the office. The goal is to keep things running smoothly while using the numbers to identify trends, make recommendations, and find ways to improve revenue and reduce costs. Real estate or property management experience is not required; we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who bring the right mix of operations support experience.
