Job Description
  • Support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of TSI Seats Inc.
  • Follow up on invoices, payments, expenses, and other routine financial processes.
  • Support basic financial reporting, budget tracking, and preparation of related documentation.
  • Coordinate general administrative affairs, finance, purchasing, logistics, and office operations as needed.
  • Maintain and organize financial and administrative records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and other external parties when required.
  • Work closely with TCI Aircraft Interiors teams in Türkiye to ensure effective coordination between U.S. and Türkiye operations.
  • Support management and other departments with financial, administrative, and operational matters as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in financial affairs, administrative affairs, accounting, or similar operational roles.
  • Familiarity with financial and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with local and international teams.
  • Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is considered a plus.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
