Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.
Flex Houseparents follow a nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off schedule. They may transition to a Placed Houseparent role to continue living with the same group of students.
