Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent (Clearance Required)
This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Their team is made up of skilled professionals committed to excellence in the construction industry. We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent to join our client's team and contribute to their expanding portfolio of federal projects.
- The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
- Oversee and manage construction projects ranging from $1 to $5 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations and maintain project schedules.
- Perform quality control and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards.
- Utilize tools as necessary to assist in construction tasks and mentor team members on best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record of completing relevant projects.
- Experience building SCIFs is a huge plus.
- Current US Government Secret security clearance is for consideration. Top Secret highly . Must be able to obtain a clearance if not already held.
- Experience working on Department of Defense (DOD) sites, with knowledge of clearance and badging processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Willingness to work with tools when necessary.
