About the Position
Facilities Project Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) – The Boeing Company’s Projects, Assets, Construction and Engineering (PACE) organization seeks a specialist to lead planning, coordinating and overseeing construction, renovation, and close‑out of facility and capital projects in Everett, Washington. The role manages project budgets, schedules, contractor relationships and ensures strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Position Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of small to mid‑sized facilities projects from pre‑construction planning through execution to close‑out.
- Develop project requirements, integrated plans and detailed work breakdown structures to achieve objectives within scope, budget and schedule.
- Monitor and communicate project status, baselines, changes, risks, issues and opportunities, and identify help needed.
- Conduct variance analysis, critical‑path scheduling, cash‑flow projections, cost tracking and recommend changes.
- Coordinate ongoing project tasks and serve as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Perform project- and change‑management activities in accordance with industry principles and standards.
- Complete project close‑out and document lessons learned.
- 1+ year(s) experience in large construction projects, facilities management or large project management.
- 1+ year(s) experience developing and/or managing project schedules and budgets.
- 1+ year(s) experience managing projects and utilizing standard project‑management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource‑load charts).
- Experience with problem solving, interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills.
- Experience leading cross‑functional or project teams.
- Experience analyzing data and making data‑driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, project management or related field.
- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years experience in project or financial management.
- 3+ years experience with risk identification and mitigation plans.
- 3+ years experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive‑level management.
- Experience managing multiple simple and complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation and vendor management.
- Experience developing strategic long‑range business plans.
- Experience using Procore or other project‑management information systems.
- Experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD package.
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Successful candidates must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.

Pay Ranges- Associate Level: $81,600 – $110,400
- Experienced Level: $101,150 – $136,850
