A respected local General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team and oversee projects throughout the Greater Seattle area.

With a strong backlog of multifamily, retail, and commercial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with long-term career growth. The Superintendent will provide on-site leadership, ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, while serving as the primary point of coordination between field teams, subcontractors, and project management.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on the jobsite.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project specifications.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and field documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and project communication.
• Lead jobsite meetings and maintain effective communication with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor field staff and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• 2+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial and/or multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with podium multifamily, self-storage, retail, or similar commercial projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel effectively.
• Knowledge of scheduling, quality control, cost awareness, and jobsite safety best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or other construction management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 DOE
