Our Everett, WA shop is hiring a full‑time Auto Repair Service Advisor to help customers and keep our workdays smooth and efficient. If you're the right fit, you'll earn $60,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience), receive bonuses for quality work, and enjoy these benefits and perks:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience in the automotive industry would be great but isn't required. Here's what we need from our Auto Repair Service Advisor:
- 1+ years of experience managing customer relationships
- Advising experience
- Customer service and relations experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous Protractor experience preferred
As our Auto Repair Service Advisor, you can choose from working five 8‑hour shifts or four 10‑hour shifts during the week – no weekends!
This position revolves around customer service and team communication, and you'll coordinate with clients and service technicians to ensure seamless automotive repairs and maintenance. You'll warmly greet customers when they call or visit, learn about their automotive needs, and write up detailed service orders and invoices. If the techs identify additional work that could be done, you'll inform the customer and explain why they should approve the work.
You'll communicate with techs throughout each repair, inform customers when their vehicles are ready, and stay on top of industry changes and updates.
