Key Responsibilities Analyze performance and staffing needs, ensuring compliance with EEO/Affirmative Action goals Maintain timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries while ensuring quality control standards are met Supervise hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of the customer service team
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of relevant customer service experience Minimum of five years' specialized customer service experience, or a Master's degree with three years' experience At least one year of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Demonstrated ability to coach and train others Experience in a leadership or team leader role is preferred
