Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in the follow up phase of the customer journey. This position is responsible for helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions after our team has been in the home.

Success in this role is built on genuine hospitality, active listening, and a commitment to making every customer feel valued, respected, and confident in choosing our company. The Inside Sales Representative creates a positive experience by building trust, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our company's dedication to comfort, professionalism, and customer care.

We are looking for good communicators, driven individuals, and people who care about going above and beyond in hospitality.

Wage / Hours

This position is a full time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our general office hours are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, with varying shifts for this position. Flexible scheduling available upon agreement between applicant and company. Wage is $25 per hour base plus commissions on sold work. More information on commission can be provided upon request during interview phase.

Location

This position will be performed at the Everett location.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers utilizing email, chat, and phone calls to provide support and information on products and services.
  • Gathers, records, and maintains customer information in our database.
  • Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond their knowledge base.
  • Performs other duties as requested by company or management.
Job Requirements / Skills
  • Confident and professional communication skills via multi-line phone system which includes active listening.
  • Experience with and able to navigate email and third-party data systems (ex. Outlook, Word) with the ability to learn new software.
  • Attention to detail through follow up. The information gathered will be used by other members of the team, down the line.
  • Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service experience required (additional training will be provided).
  • Service Titan experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to go up two flights of stairs to customer hospitality office.
