The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is seeking a friendly and professional Member Services Representative to create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. You will process memberships and registrations, give tours, and address concerns at the Houser (Onalaska) Branch.
This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and maintaining confidentiality. A positive attitude and excellent communication are essential.
