Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair, located in Everett, WA, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven full‑time Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our family! This entry‑level position offers enormous growth opportunities while enjoying a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year and an array of amazing company‑wide benefits.

As our Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will have access to the best training program available, with opportunities for continued learning and development. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling everything from answering phone calls and scheduling appointments to ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining seamless communication throughout the service process. Your role will evolve as you gain experience, and you will be trained to assist with parts reconciliation, manage customer inquiries, and support our service advisors in handling all facets of the repair process.

Each day you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, assist with invoicing, and ensure customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicles, creating a positive experience from start to finish.

This is a full‑time entry‑level position, offering a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with 8‑hour shifts. Multiple full‑time shifts are available, with work hours from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
