Emergency Dental Care USA is a group of dental offices focused on providing same‑day appointments to emergency and non‑emergency patients. Originally inspired by urgent care medical clinics, Emergency Dental Care USA provides much needed services on weekends, evenings and many holidays. Most offices are open seven days a week, and can usually treat walk‑in patients.
For over 20 years we have helped thousands of people with toothaches, chipped teeth and all sorts of other dental emergencies get the care they need without the wait. In most cases our emergency dentists can diagnose patients and perform treatment on the same day.

Dental Office ManagerWe are seeking a top‑notch, high energy Dental Office Manager to join our team. The goal is to provide quality patient care and help patients enjoy their dental experience. The manager will:
- Answer phones, schedule efficiently, and create and present treatment plans
- Work with insurances and provide financial arrangements for increased case acceptance
- Maintain a friendly, warm and clean environment for patients and their families
- Lead, motivate and supervise the team
- Assist in dental team development
- Maintain office flow, punctuality and productivity

LocationEverett, WA
Position RequirementsThe perfect candidate is an encouraging team player, patient, caring and able to handle pressure and problem‑solve on a daily basis. Managers must also be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another, all while maintaining organization and a smile.
- 2+ years of experience working in a dental practice setting (required)
- Familiarity with digital practice software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix preferred)
- Previous assisting experience a plus
- Flexibility in the schedule
