• Interior designers / interior architects with 1-5 years of experience
• Based in the Washington DC metro area
• Focus on Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior Design
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong design and technological sophistication; self‑starting, energetic, organized, and creative
• Excellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
• Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
• Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, and material selections
• Experience with multifamily and/or large‑scale commercial workplace projects is a bonus
• Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Valid work permit (USA)

• LEED Green Associate and/or WELL accreditation (or progress toward this)
• Progress toward NCIDQ Certification or architectural licensure

• Hybrid work – in‑office 3 days per week, remote 2 days
