HDR is seeking a Structural BIM Design Lead to steer discipline models and manage 3D coordination across teams in Washington state. You will ensure alignment with the Digital Delivery Plan and project scope, delivering precise BIM outputs and well-coordinated designs.
You will mentor Digital Design staff, maintain model health, and communicate progress with HDR management and clients. A technical degree and 10+ years of structural design experience with Revit and Civil 3D are required.
