KGD Architecture seeks a Construction Contract Administrator for our Washington, DC studio to support the development, administration, and coordination of construction contract documents across a diverse project range. Applicants should bring 3–5 years of professional experience and a degree in architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required;
Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Licensure is preferred or in active pursuit, with LEED accreditation a bonus.
