Burgess Design is seeking a BOMA Specialist to join our Seattle-based interior architecture team. You will manage space measurement projects, create floor plans and diagrams, and support test fits and tenant improvements using Revit, Sketch Up, and AutoCAD to ensure accuracy.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of BOMA standards (2017/2024), and the ability to interpret architectural drawings while collaborating with production, QA/QC, and project management
