Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with specialized training or experience in Hematology and Oncology
- Proven proficiency in diagnosing and managing complex hematological and oncological conditions
- Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for effective patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment
Skills:
- Experience with clinical research or participation in clinical trials
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in oncology or hematology (e.g., hematology-oncology certification)
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Prior experience in a hospital-based or outpatient setting specializing in hematologic and oncologic care
- Active state medical license or eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and credentials
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including occasional weekend and weeknight call coverage
- Commitment to providing excellent patient-centered care
- Willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to establish and grow a new clinic
