This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  M–F 8a–5p with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call)
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures:
  Standard Cases
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 Days
• EMR:
  Epic
• Certifications required:
  Must be Board Certified
• Licensure required:
  Must have active Washington license or active Compact letter
