Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Join our esteemed healthcare team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology specialist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and making a lasting impact in the community. This unique opportunity allows you to play a vital role in establishing and developing a new clinical facility, delivering comprehensive hematology and oncology services to diverse patient populations.

If you are passionate about advancing your expertise in a collaborative environment and helping build a healthcare foundation from the ground up, this role is the ideal fit. Key responsibilities include managing a varied caseload of new and follow-up patients, contributing to the growth of the clinic, and providing high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive setting. The position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with the opportunity to engage in hospital and clinic call rotations, including 1 in 6 weekend hospital call (24-hour coverage) with rounding, and alternating weeknight and weekend call for stable clinic patients only.

Flexibility and willingness to take call are essential.

Required Skills:

Board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, Oncology, or related fields Valid medical license in the state of practice Experience in outpatient and inpatient hematology and oncology care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a startup environment Comfortable with hospital and clinic call rotations Nice to Have

Skills:

Prior experience in establishing new clinics or practices Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual capabilities Preferred

Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology Prior experience working in a clinic setting and managing new patient workflows Other Requirements:
