Duties- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic medical services to CHC patients and make reasonable and sound medical assessments and treatment plans.
- Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or foreign degree equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Washington State licensure as a Physician.
- DEA Controlled Substance registration.
$202,837 to $255,337 per year
